Systems with documented APIs are quick. Legacy interfaces, file drops, and screen-level access are not.

Tracks are normally combined into one fixed-scope proposal, not bought separately. A first production workflow typically runs strategy → architecture → development → integration in 12-20 weeks. Most engagements do not need every track at full depth, which is why the Implementation band starts below the sum of the ranges above: a single workflow with documented APIs and clean data sits at the bottom, a multi-agent system spanning several regulated systems sits at the top.

Every engagement opens with a written statement of work: fixed deliverables, agreed acceptance criteria, and a KPI baseline we measure against. The Assessment is delivered at a fixed fee. If our analysis concludes that an agent build is not the right investment for your workflow, we say so in writing — with the reasoning — and there is no obligation to proceed.
